  Glenn Groves is very knowledgable about mortgages! He explained the entire process of house-buying clearly and carefully to us and answered every question we had -- and we had many! From the moment we first called him on the phone until the time we signed our final loan documents, he was up front, honest, and informative about our financial standing and all of our options. You don't find find customer service of this quality very often these days.

  What can I say about GTG Financial??? Glenn is a wealth of information and has a passion for what he does. Glenn and his team were on top of everything and made this process of buying a home as smooth as possible. When I had a question or questions Glenn, Mark or Melinda were right there to answer quickly. If I needed more detail Glenn would send me and email with a video of him showing me what exactly he needed, what I need to get to him or just explaining documents to me. Some people say a picture is worth a thousand words so is a video. Glenn and his team are AMAZING and I would recommend them 100% . You will not be disappointed if you if you give Glenn and his team a chance.

  I previously posted a review of Glenn and Elise when my husband and I were looking at the steps we would need to take in order to become home owners. I am so grateful for all the advice they gave us then. We are now proud homeowners in Petaluma and we could not be happier with the service we received for our loan. They were prompt, courteous and helped us along every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond and made sure to explain everything to us in the process.   Elise and Glenn Groves of The Groves Team recently helped us (for a second time) by guiding us through the refinance process. In doing so, we were able to trade in our FHA loan for a conventional loan and eliminate our pesky mortgage insurance - all within one year of purchasing our first home! They consistently go above and beyond with humor and a smile, guiding us through the sometimes confusing world of home ownership.   My husband and I had such an incredible experience working with Glenn. A couple years ago, we were trying to see if it was possible to buy our first home and Glenn gave us so much time while he poured over every possibility for our particular situation. My husband and I ended up deciding to save more in order to make the possibility more of a reality. We saved every penny we could since then. This year, we came back to Glenn and he again was dedicated to helping us in every way he could. He answered every question and gave us more information than we even asked for. I must have asked the same questions several times just to get my head around everything and he remained patient through every step. Yesterday, we finished signing everything and we move into our new home in just a few short days. A HUGE thank you to Glenn for keeping everything going smoothly every step of the way. I have always heard that buying a home is absolutely stressful and I would agree, however, if you have a GREAT Mortgage Advisor and Agent, a huge weight is off your shoulders. Thank you Groves Team.   We had been house hunting for the last two years or so (working with Glenn on the financial side the whole time) and when we recently got an offer accepted on the perfect house for us, Glenn was awesome every step of the way! He made sure we knew what steps were next, met all of our deadlines, and explained everything in as much detail as we wanted (without ever making us feel like we were asking stupid questions, although I'm sure some of them were!) He is helpful, friendly, and professional, and clearly cares about his clients getting what they're looking for. Most of my communication with Glenn was via email, which I really appreciated (as a stay at home parent of a three year old, I don't get a lot of time for phone calls), and his emails were always thorough and easy to understand (and often way after office hours, or on weekends). He even set up a mobile notary and came to our house for the final signing so we wouldn't have to get a babysitter or try to corral a small child in an office. I would absolutely recommend Glenn to anyone in need of a mortgage broker (and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again...although I am never moving again!)
