Kim Lucero1Terrible bank!! Got a loan and paying it through our bill pay from another bank, they say we did not make our payments even though our other bank shows Pateco was paid. Hope it gets straightened out. Husband had to take off work early 2 days in a row to go deal with them. Super inconvient!! Tried to call but on hold for long time and got cut off finally was able to leave 2 messages with someone just to be ignored.

Sadiesss Xoxo1Ridiculous bank. Hours are the most inconvenient hours I’ve ever seen. Constantly late on payments because I come here and they’re either closed or the line is too long to wait as I am forced to go during lunch break. They move incredibly slow here. I’ve never seen a bank move this slow. It’s like they don’t even try. I heard the rohnert park location was better..will be trying that next time.

BeBe Petrov1DO NOT GO WITH PATELCO!!! TODAY WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR OVER 60MIN. NO JOKE... HORRIBLE SERVICE... Very clearly they are using Kovit19 as excuse to only open from 10am to 4pm...that is a sad sad case of a credit union... I have the worsted regrets for ever leaving my bank of 14 years and joined them.. THEY DONT DO A THING FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.. DO NOT GO WITH PATELCO CREDIT UNION

Sly88Frye5I take back my previous review. I complained over the ATM taking my card away, but I just now just had an excellent experience. I was able to get my card back the day after anyways. Today the ATM machine just wasn't working, but fortunately this Patelco branch allowed me to deposit money into my First Tech account by talking to a teller. I know in the near future this branch will stop allowing that, but it was really nice that they do allow it now and especially nice they started this shared network during the fires.

Sammuel Harper1Can’t transfer and can’t do mobile deposit cause of credit score and if I’m in trouble and gotta pay something and can’t transfer what do I do and plus half the time they don’t answer the phone !
