  STAY AWAY!! Worst customer service ever! I called to inquire about a camera before coming into purchase. I came to see the camera and they hadn’t even charged it regardless of me calling and saying I would be there to look at it. They expected me to sit for an hour to charge . I decided not to buy and left review via their google page and they used the info to look up where I work. Their employee, Ariel Alpuin then left a negative review on my business page, not only falsely accusing me of racism but also attempting to slander my name as well as business. VERY SHADY BUSINESS

  Went in looking for a guitar (one of the few shops around that actually had some nicer guitars). They went out of their way to set me up with an amp and everything needed to try out the guitar I was interested in. I ended up getting a great deal on a great guitar 👌

  Bought a keyboard for my son today. The employees are very helpful and very pleasant. I will definitely be back. They also repair jewelry on site, major plus!

  Purchased a $350 pole saw that reluctantly started after about 15 pulls in their parking lot. I was told it'd been sitting for a long time so didn't think much of it until I got it home that night and it wouldn't fire at all. I called the owner who told me to take it to a lawnmower shop. I did so and they came back and told me that the cylinder had a crack in it and it'd take another $350 to fix. I called the owner who told me "he didn't know what to tell me", wouldn't refund my money, wouldn't refund the money I paid the lawnmower shop and then placed me on hold for five minutes before one of his employees finally hung up on me. I spent $350 for the pole saw, and another $40 to have it checked out and now have a $390 piece of equipment that I'd have to spend another $350 on just to get operating. Buyer beware and all, but I expect that something I pay for would work at least once before it failed. Not a happy customer and I've told everyone I know who shops and pawn shops to stay away as the owner of the shop doesn't stand behind his product.

  This is a wonderful shop, with some items such as collectible coins and collectible sports memorabilia, that I've not seen in other Tampa pawn stores I've visited. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to my next visit.

  I love this place it has a wide variety of things, they give you top quality products. I myself love the huge movie selection only $1.00, all Disney movies for your kids or the kid in you only $2.00 and Blu ray movies .... countless other items so stop by and see Ariel and the rest of the staff.

  I've been going here for years when In need of fast cash for my stuff, and they always come through and help me out. They also have some of the coolest merchandise I've seen and it's very classy. I recommend coming here for customer service.

  The only pawn shop in the area that would buy my foosball table. It was finely crafted and it helped me out alot so I hope they where able to make as much off it as possible for being bold and going beyond to help a fellow Tampa citizen and make a buck doing it.
