  Felix is awesome! He’s super helpful and informative! Great customer service and a very easy going person to help find a solution to an issue I was having! I will definitely ask for Felix again!

  I had an appointment with Luis at the Lutz branch. Luis was professional and while my concern was with a mortgage question he went above snd beyond to make sure I left with a full understanding of all my concerns… This I call excellent customer service.. kudos to you Luis!

  Just been on the phone with a great representative of GTE Credit Union, Luis. He was a very very helpful. We were on the phone for about 30 minutes and he was very good about going everything in detail for me was very patient with my crazy questions.
