rich robak1This location is doing a disservice to their customers by a lack of employees. It would be better to close this location down and relocate the several employees OR add additional additional help! It is not uncommon to see the Drive Up Windows closed . My recent visit had 17 customers waiting in line with only one Teller open. When I questioned it, I was told that the second teller had the day off. (This was on a Friday morning)

Gerald Mendez1They can have an office full of customers, and the employees show no sense of urgency, ever! They work at one pace all the time, and it is equivalent to 10% speed of what a typical adult humanoid can function at.
Response from the ownerHi Gerald, we know your time is valuable and apologize for your experience. We'll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Bradford Sanders1Bank of America used to be a good bank. Now with the closing of locations and reduction of banking hours I was unable to get a cashier's check that I needed today because that option wasn't available through the drive-thru and the lobby was closed. Bank of America needs customer service and start expanding hours rather than cutting them back.
Response from the ownerHi Bradford. We apologize for any inconvenience. Some locations may either be temporarily closed or operating at limited hours. Here is a link that can help you quickly find your nearest locations and hours: https://locators.bankofamerica.com/. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Thank you. ^susan

Richard Nation1So with the line going out the door 4 deep outside in the blazing sun with teller. This is a bank that has merged with another branch close by. They can't come up with more than 1 teller. They now are closed on Wednesday which makes ZERO sense. They should just shut it down completely. Credit union is looking better all the time now. Pathetic actually. Went to cash a check today and there were NO TELLERS!!! THEY NEED TO PUT A TENT OVER THIS CIRCUS
Response from the ownerHi Richard. We apologize for any inconvenience during this difficult time. We remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes such as limited hours and staff. Peter Klicker1I am a courier working for a number of different businesses in the area. Some of the deliveries we make are bank deposits for one of the larger health care organizations in the Tampa Bay area. On Friday, Dec. 17, I brought in deposits for a customer of this Bank of America specifically. This customer requires us to obtain the first and last name of the teller making the deposit as well as obtaining the deposit receipts as proof of delivery. When I got to the window the teller tried to tell me that I was supposed to use the night drop. I assured her that wasn't the case because this customer requires hard copies of deposit slips and first and last names of tellers. After feeling beat up about that, I took the receipts and went to my car. When I realized I didn't have her name, I walked back in to ask her. At first she refused to tell me her first name. Ultimately, with the support of her supervisor, she refused to give me her last name. She also said that they've NEVER done that - which is a LIE because we do this deposit at that location at least once a week and I've known about this for at least 7 months. This rude refusal to service their customers should be a warning to anyone looking for a bank in the area. STAY AWAY FROM BANK OF AMERICA, ESPECIALLY AT THIS BRANCH. I make bank deposits for this organization at Bank of Americas in Brooksville, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and various locations in the Tampa Bay area. Until now, I've believed Bank of America to be a nice place to visit. This experience destroyed that. By refusing to give me the information required by the customer, I am at risk of not being paid for that job (if the customer asks for full Proof of Delivery and I cannot provide it they are not obligated to pay the courier fees. Not only that, but they have convinced me never to bank with them. If this sort of attitude is supported at one location, it must be acceptale at all locations.
Response from the ownerHi Peter. We'd like to find out more about your experience. Please connect with us on our servicing platforms on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. Thank you. ^susan

Tiff Eatz1I went with my cousin this morning, about 20 mins ago, to discuss a check that was deposited yesterday. The service she received was absolutely horrible. The woman, whose name I did not get, gave her no information to help her but gave her every bit of attitude. Being that my cousin is younger and was in need of guidance, the teller gave her none of. She's a middle aged Hispanic woman and needs to freshen up on her customer service skills. Whatever happened to being kind and helping the customer in need and offering assistance?
Response from the ownerHi. It's disappointing to hear that you and your cousin's experience wasn't at the level you expected, and we’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Our team apologizes for you and your cousin's experience. If we can be of any help with their account, please reach out to a member of our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. ^Joseph

Adrian Lombardi1Never fast or easy. Drive through in every lane is slow and pointless. I feel bed for the one teller working drive through and inside at the same time.
Response from the ownerHi, Adrian. We value our customers' opinions and appreciate that you took the time to share your feedback with us. Christina G1Pretty standard… one person working the front on a Friday. I will never have an account here. Only come here for a client.
Response from the ownerHi, Christina. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations and know that your time is valuable. ^izzy

Robert Shadowens1I’ve never met such a group of people who could care less about customers. This one branch alone may be the catalyst for me to change banks. From the manager on down, no one cares. And all customers are treated badly equally. I stood in line more than 20 minutes to make a deposit and listened to the way employees spoke to customers. This entire crew needs to be eliminated. It is so obvious they do not care.

Dee K1Terrible situation only one person working to serve walk-ins and drive through. They are in desperate need of management. Don’t understand how BOA is still in business.
Response from the ownerWe appreciate you coming in. You may be able to save time by using an ATM or by using our online banking or mobile app. Signing up for the mobile app is simple: https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/mobile-and-online-banking-features/overview/
