  Avoid at all costs!!!! This so called professional company has lost my escrow. Lots of talk, no action! I'm days away from CFPB and legal action. Multiple data entry errors on my account that they forced me to fix by sending doc even though they have 47 or more documents that are correct that do not have the errors they created. Run away fast from this place, I've only had the misfortune of this company by having my loan sold to them. Total amateur hour

  Purchasing a new home is exciting, going through the mortgage process is not. Tony Joncola and GSF mortgage made this process as smooth as I've ever experienced. The big thing that set them apart was closing. Everything that I expected was present and there were no surprises. The numbers were everything we talked about and pages were complete. Getting this mortgage did not diminish the fun and excitement of buying a new home.

  Top of the day Dave and Vikki! So sorry this review has taken so long, however I have been very busy with my NEW HOME, Thanks to you !!! Dave and Vikki I want to say thank you for all you did for me. Dave you did everything from working with me to find the right kind of loan to staying with me and NOT LETTING ME WALK when things got a little difficult. I got a little short tempered at times, because I thought things should have moved faster, but Dave you assured me they were moving along just fine and never lost your cool with me and you were so right, it was well worth it! I had some issues, not with my loan, but paper work not getting to the right people I did a FHA 203K loan. I also had a difficult time finding a contractor that was familiar with the 203k program, which slowed the loan at the onset. But I love/loved my contractor as much as I love Dave and his team, Vikki is an angle. Dave even said he would try to help me find a contractor if I could not find one, but I did get lucky and found a fabulous one!! Dave was there at every turn and explained everything to me, answered my question and always got back with me. Dave even Jumped in when I was having a breakdown the last few weeks and made some calls to my contractors for me, because I was scared to call them and ask if they could start a week later. Dave didn't hesitate to do whatever he could to make sure I was at ease. He definitely went over and above on more than one occasion! I know Dave has/had other customers to work with other than myself, however he never made me feel less important. Dave I know I told you before, I was surprised at all the attention you gave to me, considering my loan was fairly small and you assured me that I was as important as any other customer, which I greatly appreciated!! All I can say is, if your looking for a home loan Dave and his team should be your first call!!! If they can't help you chances are no one will be able to help! Dave and his team are off the chart and really do care about their customers. I plan on sending you pictures (before and after) when all my updates are done!! Thanks a million Dave, without you I would not have a house, thanks so much!!
