  In my life, I've closed on eight homes and two refis. Hands down, I have never had an experience as all-round wonderful as what I experienced with Daniel Kahn at Go Mortgage. I'm reticent to be perceived as being over the top, but I honestly can't thing of one critical aspect or one interaction that I deem to have been lacking throughout the entire process. He was friendly. He was knowledgeable. He was diligent and followed through with everything he said he would do, when he said he'd do it, or even earlier. Communication could not have been better. On the instances things arose that may present a delay outside of his control, Dan let me know in advance, and kept me up to date DAILY with updates. When an aspect of my deal changed mid close, he didn't bat an eye, was wholly supportive and worked with me without a hint of annoyance or frustration. I have already referred a friend to Dan, and I will whole heartedly refer any person I come across who is in need of an honest and diligent loan broker. When I'm back in the market, I will not use any other broker. FIVE STARS+

  The process was as smooth as it could be and Erik walked us through the entire process and even anticipated and accounted for any contingencies that would or could cause any delays and we closed our refinance on time and at a super competitive rate. We were happy all around!

  Go-Mortgage was a pleasure to work with. This was my first home purchase and Ryan patiently answered all of my questions while I was comparing rates and was very responsive throughout the entire closing process. They funded my loan and their rates were below many other providers and the rate they promised was the rate we closed with. I would heartily recommend them to anyone shopping for a mortgage.

  I called many other companies, which all bombarded me with lengthy, small talk phone calls and multiple emails a day wanting business. Felt very marketed to. I contacted Josh Jampedro with GoMortage once for an estimate and got a clean cut estimate with clear figures. Never felt marketed to, didn't waste my time with small talk and manipulative sales tactics etc. If he didn't offer the lowest refinance rates (which he did of them all), I would still come back in the future simply because of these facts.

  I painlessly went through my refi without any hassle. He and his team were very responsive, my questions get answered even in off hours. I never left pressured, and they go with me to get the right numbers I'm comfortable. Even after the refi has been finalized, they still support me and answered my concerns and questions. Highly recommended.
