Peruz is knowledgable, honest, and he will find you the best rate. Not only that, he will go to bat for you if and when a lender runs out the clock and tries to add huge fees. He has expert resources for all aspects of your real estate and loan needs. Currently, he is helping me with a complicated real estate transaction.   We have saved money with the refinance. Trevor was great getting everything organized and executed. He answered all our questions and explained everything.
