  Who gives a bank a 5 star review? Well this is a first for me. The main reason is the incredible help that Nima Tabrizi provided me today. I believe his title is Small Business Banker.. Nima treated me with respect and professionalism, helping complete an urgent matter. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks Nima .

  This branch by far has the best customer service in the Solana area. I had a very good experience with Monica on the phone and as well as Naomi, and Erica. Very nice people. Highly recommended branch 😊

  I will not be banking with Wells Fargo after my experience with Daniel and manager Monica Juarez at the Solana Beach branch. After being a loyal customer for 20+ years, the bank provided no ability to recover thousands of dollars lost due to a fraudulent transaction. You’re treated like a number rather than a person.

  This Wells Fargo is right near the freeway, so it can be a little difficult to get in & out of the parking lot. I went right at 9 on a Saturday morning, because they open earlier than B of A. They were very helpful, and I was done in a couple of minutes. If you are claustrophobic, you might be uncomfortable because they have the new anti-theft lockdown double door entry way.

  Terrible service! The manager Monica and Banker Daniel should be fired. Worst customer service she wouldn’t even come out of her office to address incorrect fees that were overcharged to my account. Do not bank or come to this location!
