  If I could give a lower score, I would, Customer Service is a joke. Contract is a joke, They never did any thing except taking my money - $79.50 for 2 months (per the contract I signed) then started taking $97.50 for another 2 months. Customer Service was rude and hung up on me when I asked for a refund of those two months, but she did say it was cancelled, I hope they will at least quit stealing money from my account. As I said. they never helped with my credit. They never even pulled my credit report. If you are thinking of using this company - RUN - don't walk - RUN. They are nothing short scammers and thieves. By the way I am 74 year old widow, so if they will do this to a senior citizen, they will do it to anyone, Better watch your back with these crooks.

  The worst experience in my entire life, rude, disrespectful and just the worst Financial Credit, Inc. I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Just hang up on them tell me that they don't have goggle, aren't able to do anything that it needs to be mailed in, wow!! Never in my life have I ever... And don't want to refund me!!

  I enrolled in the credit restoration in January with a bankruptcy, two repossessed vehicles, and a ton of medical bills in collections. My credit scores were 503, 511, and 528. Today only 4 months later all 3 of my credit scores are over 725 and I closed on the to buy my first home! They have professional, experienced, and friendly staff who were always there for me. If you are considering getting you credit restored THEY DID IT FOR ME AND WILL DO IT FOR YOU!! Thank you Financial Credit!!

  They are A run around company that does not do their job. They make you Fax everything to them and actually don't do anything themselves. I've had to chase them constantly and all I get in return are"It takes time". They will not refund my money because they claim its not their fault. No real credit Restructure company should ever make you do any leg work yourself. That's what they are being paid for. Do yourselves A huge favor and do your homework and find a decent company to work with.
