  I recently moved to Greer and went to the Credit Union to find out how to establish a new account. The First Lady I encountered was very rude and was almost discouraging me from opening account. Her office is immediately to you left as you enter and she has short blonde hair. A day or so later I came back and was greeted by a young woman with short brown hair who’s office was kind of in the back, I think she was a fairly new hire. Anyways she was amazing and informative and very customer service friendly. I opened the account and thanks he for her professionalism and her customer service skills

  Great credit union with the amenities of a big bank but the personal touch of a small one. Recently had my mortgage processed through them and the process was smooth and easy. Special shout out to my mortgage team Anesa and Ashley for all their hard work!

My credit report and my needs it has been 100% great experiences With any of my needs Is and loans From the beginning help me with my credit Always take time to listen And to be overhelpful With any concerns I may have, Everyone always have been extremely nice Every single time.   I wish everyone treated their customers like Anesa and Courtney did during our mortgage loan process. They responded quickly, communicated clearly, answered all our questions, and managed both complete professionalism and a personal touch. What a great experience.

  Lauren was a great to work with to make sure all my transfers went to the right account on the correct date. She was very timely in responding to my messages. Another reason I love Greenville Federal Credit Union!

  Corynn and here team were amazing! Time was a huge factor on financing my vehicle. They worked very speedily to get all steps covered. They also cut % on original offer from another organization in half!! Highly recommended

  We switched to GFCU from BofA a few months ago. We had already been happy with the switch when we met Robert Wright who helped us get a car loan the same day and use the same credit application to get a credit card. He was better than we could’ve asked for. He was friendly, fast, and provided excellent customer service. On top of that, the interest rate was far lower than the dealership and another credit loan. Despite it being a Friday mid day, he never treated us like an inconvenience. I truly can’t say enough good things about him. Robert Wright is fantastic!

  Greenville Federal Credit Union is awesome. Corynn and Crystal were super sweet and extremely fast. I got everything I needed accomplished in one day. I would recommend them to anyone for their banking needs. So glad I took the risk and changed banks. Super satisfied customer!!!!!!!!!

  Anesa did a fabulous job with our mortgage needs! From our first enquiry phone call to her final email checking on us once everything was completed, she was efficient & professional. It is hard to find people who do their job well these days, but Anesa at GFCU did just that. Highly recommend them for your banking needs!
