  Worst bank ever. Everything I come to this bank, they mess up something. My first day they took my money and deposited it in someone else's account. I had to wait for an hour and wait for them to fix it. Then my debit card didn't work. Then I deposited my paycheck. They held it for two weeks forcing me to go without being paid for two weeks. This is the worst bank in the world. They mess up everything and don't apologize for it. I hate They way the treat you. You should be frightened to put money here. Their awful

  The wait to open a simple checking account was unacceptable. Because I have an out-of-state license I had to do this in person and waited over 30 minutes. The people were very pleasant and nice, so for that I give credit where credit is due. That said, ''nice'' is irrelevant to me if, all totaled, I had to spend close to 1 hour of my life in the middle of a slow workday (i.e., the bank was not short-staffed nor was it a rush hour) for no reason waiting for a 5 minute process to open an account (again, because their system would not enable me to do so online due to my out of state license). Replace people with machines when the people fail to meet expectations. The lack of concern for customer time at this bank dramatically fails to meet expectations.

  I've always had a pleasant and positive experience visiting this branch. Staff are always friendly, polite, and helpful. I've been banking here for almost 7 years. Service definitely isn't the fastest but they usually keep lines moving. The only hiccup I've had at this location was changing the type of account I had. I was supposed to have 2 account types changed and only 1 was. Resulting in fees charged to my account. I promptly called the branch, explained the situation, and they issued the refund and made the correct changes. Problem fixed.

  I arrive on Sat at 12:00 (a full hour before their posted closing time) and their lone employee is sitting outside in his car, on his phone, telling me "bank's closed". What a joke of a business!

  DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! 2/3/22 LOBY CLOSED!! There is 9+ cars waiting to get to the drive through window, this is ridiculous! DONT BANK HERE!! WORST BANK EVER!! long lines. drive through takes forever. and they close RANDOMLY! LIKE TODAY! 1/26/2021 3:45pm the bank is CLOSED and nobody is there. ITS A TUESDAY!

  Walked in to find a total of 5 ppl doing nothing. Desk clerk asked if I needed anything. Said I need an account and debit card. Guy turns around from playing with stickers at the front desk and tells me to take a seat and give em 5 minutes. Then lady in office yells up to him that it will be more than five minutes. Why? 5 ppl and you can't open one account. Fire em all and replace em with machines. We don't need em

  My problem is not so much with the branch but with the crappie online banking/app and so called tech support couldn't help me over the phone and said I have to go into the branch

  So TD itself I have had a few experiences with weird purchases on my card but this particular branch I have been going to for a year every Friday and I absolutely love them. They always help me and make me feel like family. The other day my son dumped a milkshake all over himself while I was in the drive thru and they gave me napkins and germx to clean him up! Also Shaun looks like Antman according to my son 😂

  Another pleasant experience at TDBank, 516 W. Wade Hampton. Walked in and David the Mgr greeted me, then at the teller window Jessica was busy helping drive thru customers, so I waited my turn. Made my transaction and Jessica thanked me for coming in - all in under 5 minutes.
