  I just purchased my second home and both times I've used John and his team at Greentree for my mortgages. They are truly the best !! If you are looking for transparency, efficiency, responsiveness and just down to earth people who care about their clients, then give them a call.   I have so many wonderful things to say about John Varano and Greentree Mortgage! John is very thorough. He was always available to answer a question or help me in any way that I needed. No matter the day or time, he always got back to me within a short amount of time. My brother and I closed on our house during the Covid-19 Pandemic. John and his team were considerate and efficient on closing day. Greentree Mortgage was able to process my loan, start to finish, in less than a month!! John and his team are upfront about all costs, there were no surprises on closing day. They are caring and overall great people to work with. I highly recommend them! They made buying my first home not only possible but headache-free!

  I can’t say enough good things about Greentree Mortage! John and his team at Greentree mortgage not only got me approved when every other mortgage company said no and have no reasons, but they got me a much lower interest rate than expected, and we would’ve closed in less than 30 days if we didn’t have issues with the buyer! We closed in 30 days and I am so grateful for John and his team helping me get into my first home. Also, he got me approved and I have only been working in my field for a few months.   Phenomenal experience with Ken Reagan of Greentree. Would hands down recommend him to anyone. He took the time to educate us on the mortgage aspect of our home-buying process, and genuinely made everything easier to understand and more enjoyable overall. The quick communication turnaround on questions was outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also want to give a shoutout to Terri Velletta who was on top of requesting and tracking down any necessary documentation very timely. Their team was amazing with any needed reminders to keep the process on track.

  Domenic helped us purchase our first home. He made the whole experience seamless and easy. Most transactions and paperwork was collected through emails and over the phone which made it all so much easier. We would definitely go through this company again. He was great!

  Please don’t waste your time with this company. After pulling my credit and submitting all of my documents, I had to call email and text to follow up with my loan officer to find out what progress was being made. My mortgage loan officer Joe was extremely unprofessional, and unresponsive. Needless to say, the process went nowhere after 2 months of getting the runaround and I am now just left with a hard credit inquiry from this company on my credit report with nothing to show for it.

  Couldn’t be happier with Mike and everyone at Greentree. They were exceptional throughout the entire buying process. I came over to them after having a bad experience with a previous company and glad I did. Mike made everything clear and simple and I can’t thank them all enough!
