  My experience with GreenState CU and Karen Yerena was the best. Since day one Karen helped me and advised me as someone who wants and is willing to help me succeed on my personal and business finances. She helped me improve my credit score, helped me with a car loan, refinanced an existing car loan lowering my interest rate, business finance questions and plans… I feel like she and GreenState really have my back. Karen is a GREAT person!! She offers the best customer service, she’s the best at what she does! I’m planning on staying with GreenState I’m sure they can and will help me more than any other financial institution. I would highly recommend GreenState and Karen Yerena to anyone with or without financial needs, it’s wise to be in the best hands.

  Karen, the branch manager, makes you feel welcome the moment you enter the Beaverdale branch. Her team is very helpful and works hard to provide solutions for your financial needs. I just opened a checking account for my little sister and she is pumped to use her new debit card so that she can cash in on the $100 stipend.

  So nice to guests. They let you explore the basement, they give you lollipops, and they offer you beer while you wait sometimes. Just overall a rich experience. Service is quick. Onetime it only took me 25 seconds total for me to go in, ask for $6750, withdraw it, grab a beer, then leave. Its very well kept, and they even have themed holidays! Would break my heart if they get robbed, they don't deserve it!

  Great credit union and customer service! Also use their insurance agents. Greenstate sent a care package to us when our pet was sick and it was so nice to receive. (maybe still wish they didn't charge for a sheet of counter checks but nobody is perfect)

  The service from this institution is above and beyond my expectations! I am definitely not one of their big money customers but you would never know it by the way that they sincerely help me with all of my financial needs. I wouldn't think of banking anywhere else!
