  The nicest and most helpful lender I've worked with in years. Very patient with my questions and a got me a great interest rate on my new car loan. These people are the best!

  Jake, from the Coralville Branch is not only considerate to my specific needs, but is also very welcoming and friendly in general. I love GreenState because they work with you and want to build a good relationship. I will stay with them as long as I'm in the area and if I do move in the future, I hope that they expand nationwide!

  If you want to pay a service fee every time for making a payment on an account YOU own, this is the bank for you. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and this bank charges their customers $10-$25 fees for anything done remotely. Literal robbery - not to mention the atrocious lack of communication as to why anything happens regarding your account and payments. This is the WORST bank I’ve ever worked with and I cannot wait to pay off my loan so I never have to deal with them again. I wish I could negative stars.

We do offer many free methods to make payments via our website, mail, in branch, and even over the phone (if you setup automatic payments).   What a scam this bank has become. Total joke the customer service is. Do yourself a favor and find another bank. This group is unethical, and liars.

  Everyone is always super helpful! I am constantly recommending GreenState to anyone looking to start a new account, cards, loans and more! The coralville branch in particular is a great location to go to!

  If you have a problem, go to the bank to speak with the very helpful tellers. Both the chat and call in options take much too long.
