  Very helpful knowledgeable staff they do alot to keep you as a customer I really enjoyed their loyalty and there respect when I found them I had been contacting multiple agency's and to no avail they had actually called me back and as close to quitting time as it was they waited for me to shuffle money around in order to secure a policy I believe it was my American express that there affiliations wouldn't accept but yet they found a way and I shortly drove home safe secure and the best part 100% satisfied with my down payment and monthly payments fit my budget A standup hats off absolute salute to Bills crew at great florida insurance I didn't just get a good deal I got Great Florida Insurance to stand beside me if other insurance agency's tried has as much to maintain customer relations we'd be called Florida the Friendshine State
