  My first time getting a HML to purchase and rehab a property . I rarely write reviews but Shaun and his team were very helpful . He really knows real estate, was very helpful , and was able to explain the process , the numbers, as well as risks of different options. Investmark was also really good at processing my draws and doing so in a timely manner . They also have a long term mortgage program , which I didn’t use , but could be useful for some folks . Would highly recommend . Happy new year !

  First things first I'd like to say that I am impressed with the way Shaun has conducted himself when it came to my needs for a hard money loan. He offered help where he wasn't asked for it, but knew I didn't have all my information available for him to understand the deal. Mind you we have yet to do business together as of yet. I will do business with him when the time permits but wanted to get the word out that Investmark Mortgage is doing all the right things to assure this is a great place to do business with. He provided me with valuable information that I wasn't able to get on my own and really walked me through what I was getting myself into. For that alone I see myself doing business with this company in the future and would encourage you to as well.

  This is the second time we've done business with Investmark Mortgage. The second time around was much easier. Shaun was a good resource and helped us through the process of getting our funding for our renovation. He also gave us some pointers as we are fairly new to doing renovations.   Working with Investmark has been amazing! I traditionally use banks for my lending needs, but I wanted to closely quickly on a transaction.   Working with Investmark is a pleasure. The relationships are terrific. Mike Hanna and sales team make investing easy. Recently my investment venture took me to San Antonio, TX and, I must admit, my experience has not been altered. Shaun Cane is extremely energetic and positive, works with the client from the very beginning insuring a great return on possible investments. While hard money can be viewed as a hard pill to swallow, it is a great alternative for investors, specially when they are starting out and of course beyond. When you deal with such a great lender as Investmark it makes a world of difference.

  I called up Investmark a few months ago and got Shaun Cane. I brought him a toughie-- I was buying a house in foreclosure, so I only had a couple of weeks to close; also the property was in Waco, where they had not done any business in about 5 years (since the last time I used Investmark). Shaun quickly got me setup in their system and lined up an appraiser who could turn it around fast enough for us to close. On top of all that I was battling lender who didn't want to give up a loan payoff. The cherry on top was the little pep talk and some key advice Shaun gave me to help me get the situation resolved. We closed the day before the foreclosure and I wound up netting $80k on the deal.
