  GTKY has been my Banking Institution since the '1970's', I trust them with all my banking needs! They are very professional, knowledgeable and treat you as part of the family! They helped me get an incredible interest rate on a new car! Thank you Greater Kentucky Credit Union!

  I have been with the Greater Kentucky Credit Union for almost 5 years. I have no problems with customer service. I have since moved to Tennessee and I do all of my banking services online or over the phone with Bank Personnel. I stay with this bank because I have a great relationship with most of the staff there. There are a few new employees that I haven't meet. but are very nice when I call to handle business

  Had a car loan with these folks for just shy of 18 months and close to 2 months after payoff I have yet to receive a title. I've tried calling several times, but my call keep getting dropped or dumped in the voice mail. They were top notch when I first received my loan, but service has severely declined in recent months.

  I love GTKY. I've had several vehicle loans and I refinanced my house with them. They had the best rates compared to everyone around (I shopped the rate). Kayla Francisco is the absolute BEST. Call her for your next loan.

  I have been a member for three years. I’ve read the other reviews and the word “spotty” sums it up. They’re unresponsive to phone calls and if you leave a message it doesn’t get returned. I’m not just saying this happened once, it’s happened more than 4 times. Rarely do I get a response back. I will say when you contact customer relations, they’re very helpful. They provided me with a fair loan rate, but the process isn’t easy or transparent. I am currently still a member in hope that management will turn this around, I will only hold out for a few more months before I give up hope.

  Ive had good experiences at gtky the only complaint that i have as of 11\18\2019 is the hours of operation. Either open earlier than 9am or stay open later than 4pm for the people that work past 4pm. Thank you i appreciate you taking my review into consideration

  Great people , Friendly and willing to help. Member service group are all rock stars! Collections group do a great job at helping members that are struggling to make payments. Go see GTKY for ALL your financial needs!

  I met the CEO Debbie Pyle and her husband Todd. They are awsome people, very kind and great to talk to.i love this credit union have since day 1. Amanda horn in asset recovery is my guardian angel lol. Great people, great credit union. They actually care, they want to help you.

  Our experience with GTKY has been excellent. It is hard to comprehend the negative reviews, especially with regard to rudeness. I have never encountered a rude person--in fact, people are extremely polite. Are these critical reviewers simply projecting their own rudeness onto others?
