  Every central Kentucky resident should use this bank. Their customer service has always been sensational. They're quick to respond and straight to the point. Their services are great, no hidden fees. I feel safe with this bank. I feel like they actually just want to help me as a person. Laura Martin especially MASSIVELY helped me through a very stressful time. Her assistance made a difficult time much easier. You will NOT regret joining this bank.

  I am new to Bank of the Bluegrass, but wish I had been here a long time ago. I had a complicated situation and Chris Boaz took the time to help me through. He really cared enough to go above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. I would recommend them to anyone!

  I have always enjoyed my dealings with the folks at Bank of the Bluegrass in my role as an outside accountant here in Lexington. However, I was bowled over by the help we were given when my son applied for a home loan. Josh Harman was absolutely a super-star, going above and beyond in helping my son with a KHC tax credit, and the rate was better than quoted elsewhere. Everyone should try here first!

  There is no substitute for a good, local banker! Bank of the Bluegrass was able to quickly and efficiently help me with my personal banking needs. We needed a HELOC to help with some unexpected expenses, and the local team took great care to quickly provide a solution. Very low closing expenses too!

  Been with this bank since the 70's. In this day and time the services they offer are excellent but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is over the top. You're not just a number you've got a name and THEY KNOW IT! That's important to me. I've been to other banks and you know that this is just a job for them NEXT.

  I have been involved with many banks; however, I could not over state the immaculate customer service or the pride with which this bank takes in itself and the quality of care it gives to its customers and strangers alike. A true gem in the heart of downtown lexington. If you are looking for a financial institution that truly cares about every customer and transaction, I highly reccomend this bank. Best of the best.

  Local banks are the way to do banking! Superior customer service, very friendly and prompt service, and their Kasasa Saver Accounts are the way to go for cash back on your debit card purchases.

  I love this bank because when i go there they call you by name and when i needed them 14 years ago for a loan they helped when the big banks wouldn`t. Small banks are just better when they are bank of the bluegrass.
