Poor customer service. Our teller barely knew what she was talking about.. On top of the fact that they charge 5$ to cash checks drawn off THEIR BANK. I would highly recommend banking elsewhere.

This branch is a joke. Twice now they refused to deposit my fiancée ' s paycheck that was signed over to me. Saying they just can't do it. I always go to the Cotner branch and they never have a problem with it. After my experience with the Havelock branch I asked the Cotner branch and they don't understand why this is such a problem. Every Great Western Branch will deposit a signed over check for me except this one. Love this bank except for this branch!!
