  Worst customer service ever. Can’t even get a cashiers check. They have no clue what they are doing

  The manager is sweet but most of them are stuck up and super rude.. Been dealing with an issue almost 2 weeks now.. Had to go to a different branch completely just to get stuff figured out.. I am on the verge of switching banks there is no communication especially going through there so great of a drive thru..I wouldn’t recommend them for first time people that want a bank account.. They won’t help unless it’s convenient for them.. Also they never answer the phones… Why are you in business?

  Only women bankers available. Women are great and there is no issue, but it is MY personal preference to speak to a man. I'll simply go somewhere else.

  Earlier today I visited this location for the first time met with this woman named Liz. I asked her to check the status of the credit card I applied for on my own she says ok. Then I ask her what other credit cards you have she says we only have this one you applied for I ask her umm I don’t think this is the only one you have she says all others are for travel points and business ppl. And did not want to explain anything about the credit cards to me. She gave me some papers to take with me home she’s like if u have a question u will find anything about our credit cards in these papers. I have been at other banks and every bank love to talk about what credit cards they have and when I open an account with them they are happy unlike Ms Liz who was Very careless about her business! It was Friday pay day and the bank literally had few customers in there sooo. Anyways I threw the papers out as soon as I stepped out the branch because Liz made me feel unimportant when she says all our credit cards are for other ppl which means I don’t think u will be eligible for anything we have so get out let me have my own time get a coffee and relax in my little office.

  Worst bank I have ever been in. Carrying twins no one helped with the doors and then to find out you need to forms of identification just to cash a check under 100. Is that because this bank has been robbing its customers. Plus so called and asked if I had to go inside or if I could just go through the drive thru. No one mentioning the two forms identification until I’m standing with two car seats and two babies. Worst damn bank I have ever been a customer at.

  This branch of Wells Fargo is not cracked its definitely BROKEN!!! I've been a Customer for over 22 years and today was just Ridiculous! I went to the bank for a simple thing and the Very Rude and EYEROLLING and very confused teller Pino was RIDICULOUS!! Please grow up and learn your job!! SEEMA needs more training too!

  Friendly staff but bank charges $7.50 to cash their own checks if you don't have an account with them.

  Horrible place. Wont even let me go to the bathroom even though I'm a 1) customer and 2) assigned to work on one of their machines
