Tara1I loved Great Western Bank! I e been with them for years! But this new bank is HORRIBLE!! Their customer service is Absolutely Ridiculous!! I waited the first time over 20 minutes never spoke to anyone so I hung up. I called back and was on hold for 38 minutes before I spoke to someone then was put on hold again for another 30 minutes then wasn't helped out at all!! I am switching banks immediately!!

Nikki Helsley1Since the switch to FIB, nobody answers the phone, ever. I cannot get into our business accounts online and nobody will answer the phone. When I call the 1-800 number, I sit on hold for 30 to 40 minutes at least with still no resolution. I am beyond frustrated. We have been discussing closing all of our accounts and switching banks for a while now and this is exactly what we needed to cement the idea.

Jenni Kossack1wow! This is the second time I deposited a check thru this branch and had it go into someone else's account! Last time I dealt with 4 overdrafts. This time, I caught it right away. Unbelievable! I never had this happen at the Louisville branch and some how, they don't check the name on the account! Super upset.

Heath Burchill5Banked with them for 15 years. They treat you really well with a personal touch. I have even had the Bank President stop by at my office several times to touch base.

Bobby Vigil2Only reason I give 2 stars if for the few great customer service reps they have. Other than that I dislike everything about this bank. Let's start with some of the reps at different locations that make me feel like my businesses inconvenience to them. Sorry you have to do your job? There aren't any available reps after hours via phone like most large banks (24 service or at least weekend service). I have troubles on their website constantly. Won't tell you the charges made because of the way is listed. Shows pending charge, atm, debit. ... would be nice to verify the charge. And I've tried on the desktop as well as ipad. Same results. Running balance only allies the several charges, to a few days previous. So basically when you switch to previous pages it doesn't show your balance at that point in time. ' You do the math here 'is my understanding of it. Last, I've been locked out of my account for making several large purchases (under $1000) in a day, Christmas season. It was a Saturday. Luckily I had cash saved because I was unable to use my card until the next business day when I could reach them. A phone call would have been nice before locking my out. Very frustrated w this bank and will be transferring very very soon. Hope This helps.
