Mary Harris5I can not say enough positives for Great Western Banks and especially the Story City branch. My mortgage company double posted my payment which quickly escalated negatively on my checking account. I contacted the bank immediately and spoke with Michaela, who remained calm and professional and worked quickly to remedy this horrible situation. Thank you again, Mary.
