  The have some nice tellers but that's about it. I've been with them for over 11 years, never over drafted or had any issues, but they wouldn't help me get a mortgage and for the first time I, ever, I have overdrafted (I forgot to deposit my check) my account, due to an automated transfer to my SAVINGS account, and they won't remove the overdraft fee. I'm leaving GW and going to a better bank. What terrible customer service!!!!!

  I've had nothing but quality experiences with this bank. Only thing they need to improve on is their hours, 6 close with 630 drive up would make a world of difference.

  20 minute wait in drive thru shutting down weekend drivethru and closing eastside annex i have been with the bank over 20 yrs and since first interstate took over it has gone down hill.

  I went into this branch of Great Western bank as a customer of another bank, or rather credit union. A woman by the name of LaDonna Coates was helping me. I just want to leave a raving review for her. She got on the phone with all the right people, and got my money situation all situated. Again, I don’t even bank with this bank. Awesome customer service.

  unfortunately i can't go negative stars. Where to start, 1. did an auto loan through them, they could only loan the trade in value of the vehicle (EVERY BANK AND CREDIT UNION I'VE TALKED TO SINCE THEN WILL LOAN FULL VALUE). 2. When hail totaled out our vehicle it took 5 weeks to get payoff amount. 5 weeks and that was me calling, after calling for 5 weeks and leaving voicemail atleast 1 per day I HAVE HAD ENOUGH. It took the insurance company and me being on the phone with them to get the total, BUT THAT WAS 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE FROM GREATWESTERN, 2 HOURS OF BEING ON THE PHONE DURING A NORMAL BUSINESS DAY. needless to say with how much they yanked me around i will not be doing any business with them anymore. The only thing that stopped me from going to their office and closing my accounts that day was the fact their lobbies are all closed. MOST WORTHLESS BANK EVER AND THAT INCLUDES WELLS FARGO BEING BETTER THEN THESE CROOKS.

  Their website & mobile banking sucks. Every time you want to look into your account online you have to go downtown & get a new password. And after three years, & countless trips to the main branch to request they fix their problem, mobile banking still doesn't recognize my account number. Great Western Bank, judging from your response I guess you missed where I wrote, "after three years, & countless trips to the main branch to request they fix their problem, mobile banking still doesn't recognize my account number". How would it be any different if I went in, or called, once again, after I have done both so many times already?

  Banked here, was charged 35 a day for overdrafts. Then came in to cash a personal check and was lied to about multiple things. The disrespectful nature of these people ceases to amaze me

  I was not greeted in the drive thru by the teller. She just stared at me awkwardly until I started talking. Then after the transaction was over I asked for my envelope back, and another teller along with the original teller rolled their eyes and glared at me. Worst banking service I have ever received.

  This bank gave me a counterfeit $10 bill. I'm sure they didn't know it was a fake, but that's the problem - they should have checked it first. When I tried to spend it at a gas station, it was confiscated and an officer gave me a report number. I took that report back to the bank, and they wouldn't reimburse me. So, I lost $10 because my bank either didn't bother to check if they money they gave me was real or because they failed in doing so. Ironically, a gas station cashier had no trouble spotting it. Now, I'm looking for a new bank.

  Only bank in 500 miles that closed the lobby then proceeded to not have all drive through lanes open. Pathetic planning, a 45 min wait time in the drive thru is ridiculous. Only reason it's not one star is because your employees are doing their best with terrible management.
