  Friendly, upfront staff. I've done business here transferring firearms under their FFL license and they've always been like a firm, brisk handshake. I honestly have no compaints after having done business here with these guys.

  I have been doing business with these folks here for years. This to me is the best pawn shop in Rapid City. Just to let you know I have not pawned any items, only having been a buyer. If you are one who loves to haggle with these shops well this one gives you a good price up front they almost never haggle over the price. They do have some very good customer service here as well. The only down side about the place is the area they are located sometimes has a few “interesting” people hanging around. I had one trying to sell me a phone card one day, had to laugh at that.

  Every time I need a tool or speaker, some equipment, Fair Deal Pawn helps me find it or get it for me! Customer service is unbelievable. If you're business lacks CS, Drop by FDPawn! They treat you better than fair!

  I went in to buy electronics. Found out the unit I bought didn't work like I wanted it to. I took advantage of their 5 day exchange policy. Hailey(sp) was friendly and very helpful. Took good care of me and helped me get what I was looking for. Way to go Hailey! (I hope I spelled her name right.) I will be back.

  Occasionally they have decent deals, but their inventory doesn't change much. I don't know why anyone is complaining about pawning stuff, you always get ripped off that way - my review is based on buying things from them.

  I wouldn't recommend Fair Deal because they are liars. Tried to pawn a 16 inch Chainsaw and grinder that they made me fire up on the sidewalk. The guy proceeded to tell me he found it at Menards on their website and told me $35 which included a grinder. The problem is that he found a 14 inch with a 50 dollar rebate. My chainsaw is a 16 inch and lists for $200 online. What an idiot. You're better off donating to charity than giving them your valuables so they can rip others off.

  I really enjoy pawning here cuz of the friendly people and that they always give you an honest deal and are willing to work with you on getting things out of pawn which can be really nice when money is tight

  I’ve bought 2 firearms from here the only down side is the wait period to receive it. They’ve given me great deals and they are in pretty decent condition!

  It's a great place, prices are unbeatable I've gotten great deals on a lot of various item's from electronics to tools . Pawning items is easy to do and the pricing is better than I got from other Pawn shops.

  I live in Cheyenne WY, I had family who lives in SD go out of their way to help me buy an eighth grade graduation ring for my daughter (this is a family tradition!) Unfortunately this facility has ZERO way of taking money over the phone! BEWARE any pawn shop whom has issues taking money! I would not pawn, buy or , trade from this facility if i were trying to get money for a life saving surgery!!!!!!
