  Since posting the last review, a lot has changed. The service at Great Lakes Federal Credit Union has always been superb. GLFCU has extended the services they offer. I would like to thank GLFCU for helping us rebuild our credit. Great Lakes Federal Credit Union offers many competitive (low rates) financial Services for their members. I realized after writing the last review-the services GLFCU offers is an excellent fit for our family. Since using these services and taking advantage of the many benefits GLFCU offers will help many folks struggling. I would recommend Great Lakes Federal Credit Union for anyone in our area (eligible) to join. Talk to the folks there for you financial needs-you will be pleasantly surprised at how much you can save! A+

We do make every effort to continually introduce new products, as well as grow existing products. One of the ways that we do that is to make loans to qualified applicants in our service areas.   Credit Union Plus is a great credit union to be a member of. Any time I stop in the staff is so nice and welcoming and always help me out so quickly. They really treat you as more than just a member and I absolutely recommend them.

  Being a member of Credit Union Plus means that you are treated like a family member. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met, even if it not in their job title. They are just great people who really like helping their members out. I definitely recommend checking them out.

  Credit Union Plus is a great place to do all of your banking. The staff will do anything they can to help you. They consistently go above and beyond their job description to see that a client's needs are met. They are always willing and able to answer my questions as well. I highly recommend Credit Union Plus.

  I use Credit Union Plus for all of my banking needs and I love it. The staff there is so friendly and they greet you by name as soon as you walk in. I also really like their online banking system. It is very user friendly and efficient.

  The staff at Credit Union Plus are amazing. They are super helpful when I need assistance or have questions. They are actually the place where I was approved for my first car loan and have been with them ever since.

  Being a member a Credit Union Plus means that you get incredibly personalized service from people who have a vested interest in you. I don't have to worry that they will give me well reasoned advice and work hard to assist me.

  Dealing with their credit card is a big pain. I can't make payments directly to my CU+ credit card from my BOA account without Credit Union Plus threatening to bounce the payment. They want it set up as if it's a payment to a credit union account, NOT using the credit card number. So, when I go to set this up in my BOA bill pay, I have to use a inter-bank transfer method which comes with a minimum $3 fee per transaction. If I could treat the credit card like a real credit card, there would be no fee. Not worth it, I'm leaving!
