  My husband and I worked with Kelly Dias through envoy. We could not be happier with how the process went. Kelly is the most efficient person I have ever met. Any question we had, concerns, or just simple responses were so fast in response. She truly made it easy step by step though this process. The best part is, you can tell that she’s not just good at what she does but she loves it too. That’s what made the biggest impact on us.   my mom and i bought a house and decide to go with envoy for our mortgage loan. Kelly Diaz at envoy did an amazing job, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to help us get into our home. would recommend to anyone that's thinking about getting a mortage loan to give them a call. I believe I will be back with envoy to refinance someday.

  Very good company to work with. It only took a month to get into our house. Our mortgage officer was on top of everything we did everything over the phone never waited for a phone call back. If I called and left a message he would call me back that same day. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

  As a home owner and real estate investor, I have had to finance and refinance properties dozens of times. Each mortgage company has their own way of doing things. Also each mortgage agent helps in different ways. I must say, that working with Envoy and especially Tim Nykamp has been the fastest and smoothest financing I have gone through. Tim is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Envoy has a very smooth process and a great platform for keeping the borrower informed every step of the way. Great speed and superb communication!!!!
