Tamarra Jones1Worst bank ever they come up with all kind of charges they charged me 8 times in 1 day for safety fee which I never asked for then they charged 30 again in device protection fee which I didn't ask for whole time they took 567 out my account and I'm wondering what happen to my money

D Sloan2They customer service in the fraud department is horrible. This one guy On there didn’t want me to get a refund and I knew it after I spoke to him. Also had an attitude problem as well and just disappointed on the service I got. Do better Great Lakes fraud dept. they didn’t even instigate they ask u for all the info and then make a decision. Lazy in my opinion.
