  My go to title company for all my transactions. I can always count on them to meet closing deadlines. The staff is amazing and keeps an open line of communication with all parties involved.

  They only get 1 star because I have to give one. I would much rather give them a negative 100. My experience has been awful every time I have had to work with this company. They were used to close on my lot and fixer upper. My renovation bank reached out and used them again with out asking me to close on my renovation loan. My experience got worse. I have so many complaints but just thinking about all of my issues raises my stress level to the point that I begin to have panic attacks. I will NEVER use this location again. I am going to pay double their fees to another title company just to not use them again. To close on my refinance after construction is complete. Once I can talk about my experience without wanting to break down I will personally go to the corporate office in Spring and speak with the president about everything. Users beware.

  Dont believe what they tell you. I had a closing at the end of the month. I needed the load funded that day. They assured me it would be funded, as I am the seller. They had me sign all closing an tell me, payoff won't be sent til the 1st of next month. Liars, the whole sale was a nightmare with them. Delays, after delay. They got what they wanted, close by the end of the month, with no remorse for the seller they screwed.
