  Refinancing your home for the first time can be a little scary however, my experience with Mike Hollembaek of Grand Lending Group, was there for me explaining each step from start to finish. Any questions I had throughout the process were answered quickly and I was provided with the exact information I needed to feel comfortable that I was making the right decision!   The people that works in this company are awesome. They take their job seriously and professionally. I am extremely satisfied by the services of Ms. Geraldine Galang and LaSonya Cheek. These people are best more specially Ms. Geraldine, she takes time to communicate with her client even in her busy schedule and after work hours. She explains the process very well and very patient answering my questions. I've been in a hunt to look for the company that will best suit my refinancing needs, thank God I found them.   Kim Bartholow made our refi experience so easy! Kim is so experienced she walked me through it on my way to work. I literally did the whole refi with my phone. Never ounce was I unable to contact her. Thank You Kim
