  Just closed on my property recently, it all started almost 3 years ago when James helped me to search for the right property, in all these years years James never showed impatience or even try to pressure me to just settle with anything less than what I wanted as a property. Not only as my realtor but also as my loan officer he worked hard on my behalf, even after post closing he is still giving me professional advice.   Earlier this year, I made up my mind "I'm tired of paying rent and I need to find a home before the following year comes and we have to renew the lease". When I made up my mind, three things happened. I started saving for the down payment, I started fixing my credit, and my family and I met James Saintilien. It was by accident, but God had a plan from the beginning. He, my sister and myself went to the same grade school and middle school and never knew each other..Lol, how crazy is that? From the time we met, he worked so hard to ensure we were placed in a home that would make us happy. Every time we had our hopes in a house, someone with more money would come and take away what we wanted so bad, "To be homeowners". But he always encouraged us, kept us motivated, always saying " don't worry man, y'all got this " ,and he was right. On October 5, 2021 we became first time home owners. I couldn't be any more proud to have a piece of property belonging to me. Working with James, you get the whole person. He calls what he does, his ministry, literally helping those who would be lost if dealing with other companies only wanting your money. He looks out for you, got your best interests at heart, he listens to what you say and wants, and he executes.. He is really genuine... I could honestly go on and on about this guy, because he really is the truth... My family and I have earned a new family member, he is stuck with us for life❤️ ❤️ ❤️

  The experience we had 2 years ago when we were in the process to purchase our house was totally priceless. The level of professionalism this company provided to us is unheard of . Our credit was a mess, they quickly turned it around for the better.In two months the process was done, by the end of the third month we was already in our own house, that a great experience. Me and my family recommended to everyone we know and we will not stop until everyone we meet knows this kind of company exist.

  Having a house is like a pregnancy and delivery! That's what I told James some days ago when the closing was ending. His advice, empathy, kindness, respect, privacy, patience, and mutual trust were the keys to this smooth process (pregnancy). He was there at all the moments needed, since day one of the decision to get a house, until the end (delivery) when received the title. Always having you in first place. He's like family to me and I would not imagine no one else handling this process but him. I recommend James 100% if you want a smooth and great experience buying a house!
