  Thank you so much to Renee Deal at GoPrime! Buying a home is such a stressful experience, especially in this market. But one thing we DIDN’T have to worry about, was anything relating to our mortgage process. It was our first time purchasing, and I don’t need another buying experience to know that Renee is absolutely amazing. She made everything so easy, and has a calming presence that set us at ease during our purchase. I cannot recommend her enough, I’m extremely happy with the service we received.   I shopped around for lenders, and had requested a quote from Renee based on a referral. Right from the start it was obvious she was different. She was the first to give a really easy to understand break down of the costs I would be dealing with, and also encouraged me to let her know if I found anyone who could beat her numbers. Ultimately between her clear explanations, responsiveness, and great numbers, I decided to work with her. She always stepped up to help me during every step of the way, and always had great recommendations and insight. She is serious about the work she does, and I felt well represented by her during the whole process. She really has the process down, and gave clear guidance through each step of the process. Much of the closing process was electronic, which made closing day a breeze. At closing the attorney said it was the quickest closing he had ever done. My realtor also started recommending Renee to her buyers, after she witnessed what amazing work Renee does. I will continue to use Renee for all of my home finance needs, and recommend her without reservation.

  Jim Bussey with GoPrime Mortgage made the mortgage process so easy. Excellent communication, friendly and helpful. Jim was not only knowledgeable on all of the aspects of securing a home mortgage, he was enthusiastic and encouraging and he was readily available 7 days a week for all of my questions and extremely patient and understanding. Our loan officer Brent was a wealth of knowledge, made the process as painless as possible, and was very attentive/responsive even answering the most ridiculous questions!
