  Liz was wonderful. I never had such an easy and friendly clerk help me at any bank i used before. She was so helpful and answered my billion Questions and walked me through the process.   Solimar is a great gal! Her customer service skills are "top notch!" Her kindness, energy...and a true desire to work with your customers is very apparent. Very few people have excellent customer service skills these days. It was a breath of fresh air to be so fortunate as to meet someone during my "nine to ten hour business day"...that definitely possesses that "WOW" factor! : )

  After calling several branches and getting the vm, I finally got Solimar Concepcion. Thank goodness. I was a little upset because of the calls and my account being charged. She leveled me and was very attentive and involved. Actually felt like I was speaking to someone who genuinely cared about my issue. Well she did. She fixed my problem, kept a smile coming across the phone and made me reconsider closing my account. Now this is who they should clone! Awesome Hire Bragg Mutual! Michael U.S. Army Veteran

  Contacted BMFCU to apply for a personal loan to consolidated a few credit cards. Did the application online and the next day received a call from Mrs. Solimar Concepcion from the Cameron Branch. Very patient as she walked me through the documents she needed. Not only did she help me with my personal loan but she also recommended refinancing my vehicle and motorcycle. In the end I received great rates on all 3 loans. I would definitely recommend to any one needing a loan to contact her.

She provided exemplary/outstanding, respectful and responsive public service with a positive attitude as she assisted me with my account. She asked if there was anything else she could assist with? Expert customer service was delivered in a professional, pleasant and understandable manner. Employees of her magnitude set the environment for members of the general public to repeatedly visit your business in person and by phone. She is an impressive asset to your operation.   While needing some help with a deposited check that hadn't registered, I ended up dealing with Soli. Thankfully, not only was she extremely patient (the call was aprox 25 min), but she was exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. As someone who manages a business with 30 or so employees, I must congratulate you on finding Soli as she represented herself and BMFCU in outstanding fashion. Thank you so much!

  I submitted my application the night before and was greeted with dignity and respect when I stepped into the local bank the next day. When I checked in, I was told to return, and it was there that I met Mrs. Liz. She was respectful, helpful, and confident. She informed me that if I have all of the necessary paperwork before the end of the day, I'll be OK and she'll be able to process my account, which she did. This location has left a lasting impression on me. Excellent credit union with excellent service! This location has been quite useful. They answer the phone and respond to any inquiries I have about my account. Great individuals to work with when it comes to banking!
