Marvin Martinez1Please do not use Bank of America unless you want them to start charging maintenance fee and slowly stealing the money out your account. This bank is one of the largest one in the US by taking advantage of the poorest people. If you open an account with them you’ll regret it, just don’t do it.

Catherine Woods2Standing in the line at the branch. There's one teller who is being trained by a manager with 20+ people in the line. There are two bankers with customers. My issue is the lack of attention to the line of people that's waiting. It may not be the best idea to only have one teller who is not properly trained to service people on a Friday

Brian Sampson1To be honest, this particular Bank of America is not that good at all. To tell u the truth, me and my brother both, has had some unpleasant experiences. They say there open but when u drive there, they are closed. And further more they wouldn't cash my check even though I had my state Identification card. They said I needed 2 forms of ID, which I've never had done to me before.

SuJin Jensen1Every time I need to speak with KAREN, it has been a horrible experience. She is incredibly rude with a nasty attitude. I have never had such terrible banking experience until I met her. I work in the customer service field so I know how to treat your customers. Today I went in to exchange $20 bills for $100 dollar bills and she acted as if this was such an inconvenient task for her to perform. You are a bank teller, do your job!! Then she proceeded to tell me I needed to be an account member. I've been a member for over 10 years and she said she couldn't locate me in the system. Seriously thinking about taking my money and business elsewhere. Now I know why people have told me to change banks a number of times.

Elena Villalta5From a lot of the reviews it seems that customer service was severely lacking in the past. It appears that most of the staff has been changed because of this over the past six months or so. New Relationship Manager and Financial Service Manager are amazing. You wont get bad customer service from those two gentlemen. They go above and beyond.

Nichole Williams1The people who work here have nasty attitudes and don't seem to want to help. For example, today I went to simply cash my check. There were 10 people standing in line with 3 tellers working. It took over 30 minutes for even 1 teller to acknowledge us standing there. Along with another 10 minutes to actually come help. Then once she started assisting had a very nasty attitude. Thank goodness I was the first person in line, it's no telling how long the others were waiting. Atleast my ultimate goal was accomplished of cashing my check!

SuJin Jun1Only giving one star because it won't let me input ZERO stars. Customer Service is the absolute WORST here. I have been a preferred customer for over 15 years and they don't want to give you the time of day. You feel like they are genuinely annoyed to be assisting you. If you don't like to help people, don't be in CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And if you ever have the "pleasure" of working with the female financial manager (didn't catch her name bc I was furious) she is a REAL piece of work.

Karen Boyd5I am not a regular customer of this bank, but visit BOA once a month to deposit my rent into my landlady's account. This location is the one I visit most often, and maybe it is the time of day I arrive, or just luck of the draw, but I've never had to wait and have always been treated courteously and with professionalism. If I wasn't already happy with my bank, I would seriously consider switching to this one!

Brittany Mcglauthlin2I went to this location yesterday and the bank teller forgot to give me my debit card back, she was nice and I understand that mistakes happen but I do not live that close to the location so I have called this morning for 45 minutes over ten times and there is no answer just to double check my card is there before I make time to pick it up. I even called the Fayetteville location just to variety I had the right number. They opened at 9am and it is now 9:50, I am very dissatisfied. face to face interaction was great minus her forgetting to give me my card back but ignoring the phone ALL morning is very poor customer service.
