  I left my big bank to find a local credit union and I'm so glad I went with Good Neighbors! I also LOVE that they have a location on the West Side of Buffalo and are adding to the community. The staff is always very friendly when I go in and the energy of this location is very pleasant.

  I highly recommend Good Neighbors CU! Justin Jageman was amazing in help me in getting my vehicle loan. He was extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond what I expected.

  Good Neighbors Credit Union is the best financial decision I have ever made! Brittany N. Is the kind of person you run across and never forget. Instead of shutting me down or telling me no, she she told me how she could help. Due to her giving me a chance which was very affordable made me more driven to do my part leading higher credit score, more approvals, and better rates. I'm now in the position where I can refuse offer's from lenders that set you up to fail. I believe in taking and keeping my business with the company that help put me in a better position financially. I also consult with Brittany N. On certain financial steps she think I should take to put me on the right path to home ownership and she always respond in a timely manner with good advice. Thanks

  Absolutely do not recommend this Credit Union. Asked twice now to shut down a checking account and still has not been done. The account was fraudulently comprimized back in March, I went in at the beginning of April to file paperwork. Sent documents to a teller via email but they left the account open. I had to physically go there with a fractured ankle in 5/17, hobble in to bring more proof and to this day the account is still open. Spoke with another Manager on the phone after going in physically and saying I wanted it closed on 5/19 saying to close it,she agreed , and it's still open . What are they waiting for??? It's absolutely idiotic. All documents have been submitted. Proof was submitted. Surely if there is something else beyond what was said the credit union should be reaching out via email or phone. This credit union prides itself on applying perpetual fees to the customer instead of just doing what the customer is asking. It's ridiculous. So instead of closing one account just shutting everything down all together. This Credit Union is being reported to the NCUA for unethical banking practices. If I say to multiply employees at 2 different Good Neighbor Credit Unions that I don't feel I'm benefiting from having this particular account open then why is no one out of those 5 employees saying yes your right let's shut it down and actually do it? Absolutely would not recommend. Go to another credit union or Key Bank. They offer better banking tools that is customer geared. Thanks for nothing Good Neighbor Credit. But you made a lot of money off me with your fees as your doing right now. Your not for the Customer but yourself.

  IF YOUR LOOKING TO GET ANY LOANS ASK FOR TIM I CAN'T STRESS HOW PATIENT AND DILIGENT HE WAS IN HELPING GET THE RIGHT RATES FOR MY CAR LOAN OVERALL GREAT GUY AS WELL.

  Great group of people. Not only did do they get you a loan, but they give great financial advice as well. Ive never had to take out a loan before and they legit made it the easiest thing ever. You wont regret going with them
