  Working with Good Day Financial has been a pleasant experience from start to finish.   Josh Yoder was absolutely AMAZING! He was always in communication with me and went up and beyond. He even returned my text while on vacation. I highly recommend Good day financial and Josh. All other lenders turned me down. So glad I found a honest Lender with exceptional customer service.

  I received a cold call from Charlie. Generally I don’t answer strange numbers but I’m glad I did this time. We wanted to refinance our mortgage. And we did! In a relatively short amount of time. Charlie was very professional and responsive. He answered all our questions and got us a great rate! I would definitely recommend GoodDay Financial to anyone.

  We were refinancing thru our current company, after two months of very little movement, we contacted other offers. Corey Lunn called us back and from day one we felt like he really cared about our situation and we are now closing in under 45 days, as well as saving money. We are going to be buying a second home and looking to Corey to finance that one also.

  Charles helped me find a refinance rate that was two points lower then my previous rate. Also the process was quick and easy. Charles was able to answer all my questions. Would highly recommend Good Day Financial for your mortgage needs.

  I had a positive experience with Good Day Financial, except for the appraiser - he was extremely rude on the phone and should not be in a customer-facing position.

  Rob - thank you for your business and feedback. We are not allowed to have direct communication with appraisers as we have to place orders through an appraisal management company. It pains me to hear the experience with the appraiser was poor. I am sharing the feedback with the appraisal management company and requesting that person never does an order for us again. We are glad that your were thrilled with Charlie and the level of service he provided.

  Clay Lofgren made this the best refi I have ever done. I’ve refinanced 4 loans in the last 3 years and I will never use anyone besides Clay at good day again. Easiest process. Fastest responses and could tell he had my best interest at hand the whole time.

  Jason was top notch from beginning to end! He is responsive and clearly laid out the entire process and what he needed from us each step of the way.
