  We have several investment properties in both the Phoenix Metropolitan area and Sierra Vista.   I cannot say enough good things about Randy and his team. Randy has funded many of my clients loans as well as my loans personally! Randy's knowledge and professionalism is hard to match.   Randy and his team are awesome to work with. We were within days of closing on a conventional loan and had to switch gears due to the condition of the home. Randy was responsive and very easy to deal with. The transaction was done very quickly and we still closed on time. Fast forward 2 years later and we just re-financed into a conventional loan. There were no surprises throughout our loan duration, payoff was simple and we even received Christmas cards from Randy's team. Would highly recommend Randy's team for anyone in need of unconventional financing.

  Can’t even begin to give the Kenwood Mortgage team enough praise for making a deal happen. Having an 8 property portfolio and lots of experience with lenders I know this definitely wouldn’t have happened with a traditional lender and probably not even with most other private money lenders! I had an incredibly complicated transaction (lookup: reverse 1031 exchange) and had to deal with a title company that was a communication black hole, making this particularly challenging. Randy, Mark and Tiffany did a wonderful job withstanding the challenge and I look forward to working with them again for my next deal.
