  Monet was such a big help and explained my policy concerns in detail. Also, she went the extra mile and e-mailed me a copy of my ID cards since my computer was being stubborn. The personnel in the Claysburg office has always been a great help and again they came through with flying colors and proven why I use Nationwide in Claysburg for my insurance needs.

  I have had this insurance company for years! The service I have received over the last year has been by far the best! Monet has gone above and beyond to help us on anything we need. Everyone in that office is wonderful and very helpful!! I would recommend this office to anyone!! Give them a call you won't regret it! These girls are truly on YOUR side!! Thank you Nationwide and this particular office for everything with my son's accident!!

  The agents there are very knowledgeable about insurance. Our family has been insured there for over 40 years, and will not go anywhere else. Monét is very pleasant to work with as well. She always takes care of our insurance and explains our coverages so that we understand what we have. We miss seeing Jack, but appreciate that nothing has changed since the business has been placed into other hands.

  Monét Bottenfield was absolutely AMAZING!! She found me thee absolute best quotes for auto and homeowners then helped me every day and step of the way until I was completely comfortable and all set up. She made herself available all hours of the day even weekends through email. I was so stressed about finding quotes and she took all of that away. Thank you Monet for going above and beyond.

  I have been with Yingling's insurance for almost 4 years now. I am very pleased with the service they have provided me. The staff that work there are very friendly and professional. I luckily only had to file one claim in those 4years and the process was simple and Erin was very helpful with helping me through the process.
