  If you are currently shopping for a home, and need a mortgage, I can tell you there is no need to look any further than Jocelyn and Scott at Sun American. The level of professionalism is unsurpassable. The amount of time spent with me to ensure I was fully understanding the loan process, titling process and all other things included in wrapping up my mortgage amazed me. So patient, so kind and so understanding. Things were made so easy for me, i would never think to go anywhere else. They have my business for life. Thank you again. I should also mention that when the loan was completed, there was and still is follow up. I appreciate that so much.

  Jocelyn was absolutely hands down the best I have ever come across. She made my whole buying a house process so smooth and even fun. She took the time needed to explain the nitty gritty details. That made a world of difference to me. I understood what I was buying and why the numbers were what they were. The cherry on the top was the cute gift she brought to the signing.   Jocelyn with the Glauser Group at Sun America Mortgage was the most patient, friendly, kind and overall amazing person to work with, she makes you feel so comfortable and not nervous at all. She always made sure to keep us updated with everything happening with our paperwork, and if someone told her something couldn’t be done, she always made sure she looked into every possibility. We are so happy with everything she did for us, we seriously can’t thank her enough.

  Sun American Mortgage is the place to go for any type of home loan, including VA! Jocelyn's team was polite, professional, and punctual. Jocelyn and her team also continuously kept us informed for a quick and smooth loan process. Sun American also uses a web platform that allows you to upload documents, ask questions, and track your loan status. I would highly recommend Sun American Mortgage, and more specifically Jocelyn and her team! She was absolutely wonderful to work with!

  I tried for years to buy a home on a single income- a teacher's salary. About a year ago I met Jocelyn Glauser, and she taught me how to increase my credit score in ways I would not thought of on my own. When my score got where it needed to be we cheered together and she was genuinely excited for me to finally qualify for the home I wanted. Through the loan process, she was also quick and diligent with everything. She answered all my questions and looked out for the best options for me. She came to the closing, which I know a lot of lenders don't do, and then after the closing she gave a me a generous house warming gift. I would recommend using the Glauser group at Sun American Mortgage.

  Jocelyn did an excellent job educating me on how the lending process works. As a first-time home buyer, she made it very clear what I needed to do to put in and offer quickly and close successfully. She was always patient and willing to explain in detail what all the numbers meant and how the different options would affect my loan in the future. From day one she helped me direct funds properly and she was on the ball with giving me advice on how to avoid making mistakes. Largely because she was so responsive and knowledge, my closing was expedited and I was able to own the home just a couple weeks after putting in an offer.

  Jocelyn was nothing less than amazing. She made the whole process simple and smooth, she answered A THOUSAND questions and never made me feel crazy for asking and is such a wonderful person to be around! We were having a difficult time getting some information we needed on our home, and she went above and beyond the call of duty to help us find it!! I was shocked at how fast things got done and we're currently loving our new home. Any future home loans will be handled by them without a doubt.
