  Andrea was very helpful to me today for getting me a loan that will pay off a couple of my high interest notes so that I can at least start to put some money back in my bank account. She was very accurate very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me that had to be done. Again thank you Andrea for your help

  Andrea has been wonderful to work with on my loans. Andrea has helped me with all my question , also gave me some wonderful suggestions advice , Andrea knows me by my name not a person .   Andrea is a gem. I've had many people tell me about a checking protection credit line and say they'd have an account specialist call me back, but she made it happen today. She also helped with a credit card and delegated some statements to get emailed to me (thank you, Autum). The tellers often go above and beyond. I don't send checks or pay bills by mail so I don't have envelopes. They sent a couple of items recently for me, including postage, even though I still have stamps.

  I recently came to golden west to get a loan for my first car, i showed up at 4 pm an hour before close. Karla helped me right away, she was extremely kind and patient with me during the whole process. If you need to apply for a loan, Karla is your girl!!

  It was really nice not to worry about anything Hector Guijarro made it right. I had an issue with the Harrison branch with refinancing my car. And me and my husband decided to go to America First instead and I had to go to Golden West to get a pay off for my car. Then I talk to Hector and he ask me what happened and if he could make it right. I told him no me and my husband was really mad right now. Hector gave me his card and told me if I charged my mind just give me a call . I talked to my mother Inlaw and she told me that it won't hurt if I can see what he can do for you who knows it might be a better idea. So I did and I got my car refinance and Hector made it possible for me and my husband. Thank you Hector Guijarro
