  Bought a Youth 20 Ga shotgun for home defense from these guys. They were overwhelmingly friendly, totally honest and upfront, and weren't afraid to suggest possibilities of how to get stuff for less than they sell it. I have never received such good personal attention and customer service anywhere. And I can attest that they have had the best prices on the stuff I was looking to purchase - I shopped around a LOT to be sure. I can't say enough good words about them.

  This is hands down the best pawn shop out there! I bought my wedding ring from here. I also had something stolen from me and the owner was sure to let my know there was a police data base I could call about and they could help me. Great people! Great shop! I will go nowhere else.

  My wife and i have used this pawn shop since we been in Ogden and received the most amazing service, not only from their staff but the owner as well. When we were short on our pawn tickets he would alway let us push our due dates back so we could get current. We also have purchased tv and my wifes wedding ring. Dont use those big corporate shops. They have no personal service.

  Ive been coming here for years and years. I dont have any complaints, mike explains to ya if he cant or wont take something doesnt just say no. And hes more then happy to try and figure out other ways to help ya. It feels more like going to your uncles to ask for a 20 then going into a pawn shop. Yes he does tell ppl no and sometimes does price stuff too high but if you talk to him about it he does his research and will drop the price!! So i gotta say thanks to them for helping out when everyone else wont!!!

  First pawn shop experience. The man was absolutely amazing. Upfront and honest. Will definitely be going back for anything I need to sell or to buy guns. Seen many nice well priced guns.

  Mike Mansfield runs an outstanding shop. He and his staff are knowledgeable and courteous. I compared prices around the Ogden area and for what I needed Mike easily had the best deal. Combine that with 12th Street Pawn's unmatched customer service and I won't hesitate to become a repeat customer. Stop in and see for yourself...you'll be glad you did.

  They're definitely better than all the other shops I've been to. They treat you better like your actually human haha. They wont completely screw you over like other places will. They will give you decent amounts for things your bringing in to sell. They don't straight low ball you like ez pawn or cash America. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking to pawn.

  Incredible customer service! Owner and employees are friendly, humble and helpful! My husband and I purchased a 65 inch Sharp Uhd-Lcd 4K tv in like new condition for a killer deal! Extremely reasonable prices. We absolutely recommend this place!! :D

  12th street pawn is one of the best places to go if u are selling or pawning your things. Mike is a very good man that goes the extra mile for everybody he does price matches and comparisons and always tries to beat anyones prices he is so reasonable that he takes the extra time to go online and check store prices and other things like what they are going for now new and used and he puts that on the item for sale and on the ticket so u can see that u are definately making a good descion. Thanks mike for being great at customer services. And very patient at showing things. He doesn't get mad if U want to see anything in the shop he will take it out explain how it works and give u the best value and if he doesnt have the item u are looking for enuf to point u in the right direction to another store not very many places do that.
