  I’ve had an account here for a couple years now since becoming a USU student and decided I should probably have a bank I can use nearby(my main financial institution doesn’t have branches in utah unfortunately). I have been pleased with them overall. Recently I refinanced my car using the all online process and it was very simple and easy. Kaylee in Financial Services was excellent to work with, very responsive via email, and got everything approved and processed in less than 2 days. It was an excellent and stress-free experience.

  Fantastic customer service and they were extremely easy to work with. I definitely recommend using golden west for any loan needs. They’re way better to deal with over America First Credit Union.

  Kaylee Cain is fantastic at GWCU. The entire process was so smooth. I filled out application online and she was quick to get things processed. Very simple process.

  Dallin DeGroot is an exceptional young man and very pleasant to work with. He made the process of obtaining a car loan smooth and easy and he was able to answer every question I had exceptional well. I've been doing business with GoldenWest for over 15 years and employees like Dallin is why I keep doing business with them.

  I started the snowmobile loan process over the phone. The loan officer on the phone stated that I was required to have a trailer of mine as collateral for the loan. It didn’t make sense so I went into the local branch and clarified the issue. It ended up not being policy. Crystal then took over the rest of the loan process and from there everything went smooth.

  We wanted to consolidate some debt so we talked to Crystal and she was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to talking about our options. We went over multiple scenarios and had her see what the best deal was for us and she was happy to do it. We then were able to complete the loan within a few hours of the application. It was a fast and seamless experience. 10/10 would recommend Goldenwest anytime.
