  Our experience with Max from Golden Mortgage was absolutely amazing! We had a very challenging refi and he was always so professional, responsive, accurate, understanding and dedicated to us during this time!! Also the Title company was very efficient, and everything thing was done electronically which made the whole process faster and easier!!   This company has provided me with professional standards with organization and most of all customer service. I know that not all of those clients understand everything but they will do a perfect job explaining of each document and will always be happy to help. Always have a A way of explaining everything thoroughly. Well recommend to other people who are looking for a nice mortgage. This company did their best in numerous occasions and are willing to sacrifice their time when it comes to professional standards.

  They have a great team here, and I highly recommend this morgage broker to anyone wanting to purchase property. Max was a huge help throughout the entire process of buying my first home. He was professional the whole way through, and was extremely patient when explaining the process and contracts with me. Max was incredibly responsive, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.   Buying a home can be exhausting. Buying our second home after selling our first home (especially in this environment) was significantly more challenging, BUT Russ from Golden Mortgage made it easy. We weren't looking for our starter home, so we had an extensive list of things that we wanted. Fast forward a couple years and Russ was still there, always going the extra mile. He was INCREDIBLY responsive, SUPER friendly, and a pleasure to work with. If you want someone who is hard working, puts the customer first, and is always available, go with Golden Mortgage (you'll be recommending them to others just like I am).   Russ at Golden Mortgage did an outstanding job helping us with our recent mortgage refinance. He was professional, courteous, and informative, taking the time to ensure we understood every step of the process. He was always available when I had a question, and responded quickly and thoroughly. Russ even advocated for us when our initial drive-by home appraisal was low, making it possible to get a second full appraisal. This resulted in our home being appraised at a significantly higher amount, an important part for our loan refinancing to work out. I am confident Russ had our best interest at heart and was able to get us the best loan option and rate available. I’m thankful for his valuable knowledge and insight and glad we chose to go with Golden Mortgage. It really was a positive overall experience.

  I was very happy with how quick and smooth the process of buying a home with Golden Mortgage was. I let Ruslan know what date I was hoping to close and he was able to beat my expectation. I’ve worked with other lenders in the past and experienced issues with not closing quick enough or the team just not being very realistic with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Golden Mortgage to my family and friends.

  I worked with Russ on a transaction that took a little longer to close than expected. This wasn't due to any fault on behalf of Russ. It had to do with the appraisal & underwriting process of the lender and Russ could only do what he could do. I was the listing agent on the transaction and every time I reached out to Russ he answered his phone, or if I left a message he called me back in a timely manner. He communicated with me what was going on and answered all my questions so that I could convey to my seller's what was happening. I have 10 years previous experience as a mortgage broker so I have a fair bit of knowledge on the subject and can tell you that sometimes as a loan officer timelines can be out of your control due to the lender. The most important thing to do is be available to answer the phone and any questions that your borrower, buyer's agent or listing agent may have and that's what Russ did. So thank you Russ for bringing this one home and for all your communication & effort. Chris Smith

  Russ was excellent in taking care of my refinance needs after others could not find a way. I was fortunate to come across Russ & thanks to his expertise I was able to save over 2% APR on one loan, & around 1.5% on the other while finally getting rid of my PMI. Saving my family & I thousands! Only wish I would've known about him sooner
