  I purchased an expensive watch, sales rep claimed it was water proof. Was launching the boat this weekend and long story short, the sales rep lied about the product. Watch is ruined, I called the shop, and some kid (who obviously hates his minimum wage job) was rude, unhelpful... and hung up on me. I have spent a lot of money at your store.. no more. Hope the hundred dollars was worth years of lost business.

  Unwilling to correct an issue caused by their own miscommunication within an hour of the purchase. The "Sorry, that's your problem." attitude earned this rating, and is no way to treat customers.
