  All of the employees at this office are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I renewed my loan and they processed all of the paperwork in an expeditious manner. It was nice to be able to go into their office and spend just a little time for all of the paperwork to be completed. Recommend Golden Merchant Cash Advance!!

  Do not get a loan with this company. The first time I had arrangements set up and they literally took the entirety of the loan amount out of my account. I spoke with someone about it and it seemed that everything got fixed. However it seems that they deliberately forget to automatically take out payments so they can change you NSF fees. That's $25 a pop on top of your loan. Should have learned my lesson the first time around but I didn't. Never again!!

  NEVER ever AGAIN would i get a loan from them! I specifically told them over the phone i will make my own payments and i made my payment and on top of that they still took out the payment that was due on the date! I called customer service let me tell u they were friendly at first but when i told them what happened they gave me an attitude and told me that they refunded the money but nothing has change on my bank account! So i am at negative on my bank account and u know banks dont play they charge u a fee for being negative!

  Horrible. They ask for 4 references and your work # and they want to call all of them before giving a 300.00 loan? No thanks. Not to mention they are scammers who had to ask which of thier sites I applied on? Ok that tells you they have multiple sites they are running
