  Sold my ten inch dewalt mitre box here . bought a new one and was getting rid of it . RETAIL the saw costs 245.00 and the gentleman here offered $25.00 for it , no room for haggling or much else. Seems like the employees here are more worried about closing shop instead of serving customers , will take my business to ameripawn next time .If you come here i would not sell anything, they do have some good merchandise , and if you do i would recommend staying away from the shaky strung out management and stick to the younger guys working register .

  I’m sorry that you had a bad experience. We specialize in mostly used items and in doing so we deal with prices based on items being used, not retail. If your miter saw were new I assure you the price would have been much more but based on the fact that it was a discontinued saw and the condition it was in, we offered what we thought would be needed in order to sell it to the next person at a reasonable price. We see items like this everyday and the used market dictates what we should sell it for in order for it to: 1) Sell in a reasonable time frame because we are stocked very heavy, 2) Sell at a price point in a strongly declined market, 3) Make some kind of profit to keep our doors open. Again, I’m sorry for your experience but keep in mind we are a business that continually takes in as many items as you can think of, the trick to it is selling the item afterwards otherwise we’d no longer a business, we would be hoarders.

  Went in to see if we could find a tool we needed since ours came up missing and actually found ours on their shelf let them know that it had been stolen.an employee told us that if we came back with a report number we could get our money back for the tool we had now paid for twice. Went up with the report number and the manager said that they couldn't do that . Really funny that they are fully aware that they received and sold stolen property because it also became known that our weedeater had also been stolen sold to them and then then sold it ...

  STAY OUT OF THIS PAWN SHOP!!!!! They are straight up crooks. I brought a certified appraised ring worth just under 5000.00 and they had the NERVE to offer less then a 100.00 for a loan. I was wondering why the parking lot was empty obviously Richmond folks are catching on to this bad business. My mind was absolutely blown away and we were insulted by the guy. I can't believe their even in business..................

  Omg!!! By far the best in the area ! After i had gone to Superior Outlet and Pawn Shop and they screwed me they wudnt take my jump box bc of the brand name, omg! or my crossbow because it had no arrows they told me they wud take my metal detector but then said "no" because i didnt have batteries in it and they cudnt test it i went to the GOLDEN GOAT . They took everything on a pawn for the same price so that i wudnt lose it!!!!!!!!!! Omg!! Thats jus plain awesome!!!!!!! AND THEY HAD TESTING BATTERIES specifically for that . THESE GUY CARE BOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

  I noticed a great variety and assortment of tools and supplies during my recent visit. The customer service provided at this location was without doubt nothing short of marvelous. I would highly recommend a visit to experience the friendly staff.

  Ok i just called asking about an xbox one and he said he would have to take a look at it... I told him i understand that but what do u usualy give on a lean for one i dont have alot of gas let me discribe it for you... He hung up on me...

  I can understand charging $5.00 for not having your ticket at the time you come to pick it up,but to charge$5.00 for not having it when you are paying interest on the item is just plain greedy and heartless
