Kyle Woofter11st Golden1 I tried today. 12 people in line with 2 tellers open... Have watched at least 3 customers walk in and leave when they realize they don't have time to wait for 25 minutes to deposit a check. Have been a customer for years. Seriously considering leaving for another credit union.

Jared Taylor2The tellers have always been super helpful and friendly, they aren't the issue. From what I've seen. The issue seems to be the lack of them. Standard is having only two tellers working which means that as soon as someone comes in with a problem that isn't easily fixed, a line starts to form. Every single time I've been in this branch I have had to wait in line at least 15 minutes because there are only two tellers.

Marlene T5This branch is soooo much quicker than other branches! Rarely a waiting line more than 3 people. (I will drive here, rather than wait 20 minutes standing outside the branch near me.)

Michael Brock1I'm getting really annoyed with golden 1 and specifically the one on woodcreek. Every single time I come in here the line is through the door and there's only 2 tellers working. Why is your system always down and your app never works?

Cameron Rodriguez1Golden 1 in general i like but this location, I do not. I left my venmo debit card at the teller by accident and they called me and left a voice mail telling me that could come pick it up the next day, I call the next day after I get off work, and they tell me that my card is still there and that I could go pick it up, I go in there to get it, and the manager tells me that they shredded it and said that after 24 hours they shred cards that are left behind, she was very rude, and had an attitude. and said they shredded it at 11am which would have been only 15 hours after I left my card there. She made it seem like it was my fault that I didn't come in time ( even though I came immiately after work, and after they told me my card was still there (after they had shredded it) very frustrating..

A R1This branch has had the same problems consistently since I’ve been banking here. There’s always a line to the door, takes 20-30 minutes to be helped, and 4 out of 5 times, there are 3-4 employees having a meeting in the glass room while a dozen people are waiting in line. Last time they pulled an employee off of his lunch break to help while they continued their meeting. Today it appears they are understaffed. But this is a pattern, at this time of day between 12p-3p. You guys need to get it together. I’ll be looking for a new bank this new year.

Katie Vaughan1If I could give negative stars I would this branch is horrible.. 1. you always wait in a line for the one teller who is working while 3 others watch her.. 2. It takes them this ridiculous amount of time to verify my check ( mind you I come in every two weeks with a check from the same client to deposit) and the always make a big deal of checking the signature like I'm doing something wrong! 3. To top all this off they manage to deposit my check in someone else's account after taking my account number from the card I was issued when I opened my account along with my ID. I also stated 3 times deposit into my checking. When I got home at 6pm I check my balence and I have no money I check the receipt and see it was placed in someone else's acct so I called customer service only to be told they can't help and there is nothing they can do! It is such a uppity bank that they don't open til 10am!! NEVER BANKING HERE AGAIN!!!
