  So it’s Monday at 4:53p & the entire location is closed up with doors locked. Last straw for us as this is one of several overall issues with Golden 1.

  I have been a member for over 10 years and have received poor customer service on more than one occasion at this specific branch.

  Some of the nicest people working here. Their very polite, friendly and always helpful. Just love this branch.

  Nice people working here. Only problem is that they do not have business accounts, at least not last year when I tried to open one. They did good job with my car loan. Currently use their atm to make deposits for different credit union that has business accounts.

  Good place to do personal business. Rarely have to wait. Lots of ATM's. No business accounts (at least not when I tried to open one a few months ago.)
