  I only use pawn shops like once a year when I'm really in need of extra money after the holidays. Today, was a very important day to need some extra money. The owners are fantastic and go above and beyond to help me. The store is very clean, staff is always polite, and give me the impression they truly care about their customers. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone like myself who needs a little help. Very good people that run the shop! :)

  Lost my mother in law due to Covid and I had to pawn my braclet it hadn’t been 20 days and I go back and they charged me 450 dollars extra to get it out even tho I asked nicely if she could do anything to help Me out so I won’t be taking such a loss with everything going on I figured she would be more understanding guess not, never will I pawn something there again ,she told me she couldn’t cause business has been bad like I just lost my mother in law no real sympathy

  Todd the owner has always been respectful and is very welcoming. Treats all people with good customer service. The shop can get you guns cheaper than most big chains.

  The guys in the shop are so nice polite and great people. Had a good time chatting with them and they made me and my brother great deals! Todd the owner is such a nice guy and stands behind his business with pride and we need more people like that in this world. He makes sure the customer is satisfied with their merchandise and no problems. Highly recommended

  I have been purchasing tools from this place for years and have and have yet to be disappointed. Wet saw, welder(gotta great deal), sprayers and multiple hand tools and everything has either met or exceeded​my expectations. The three people I have dealt with have always been extremely helpful and willing to deal with situations if you ask. A+ place for tools. Don't pawn much so I can't speak on that.

  Very rude. Their owners son told me something completely different then what the owners are saying when I come back to pick my property up. After paying a extra $100 I asked for a receipt, so I could come back when the son was working and they told me no.. That I should have brought my pink copy and they would have signed it, and that the son no longer works there. I do not recommend this pawn shop at ALL.

  Honest people. Definitely the place to sell your jewelry. I went to another shop and decided to shop around. Glad I did. They offered me $300 more than the first place. FYI, definitely avoid Florida Pawn on 19.

  I am giving you 5 stars to keep your rating up but what a blown opportunity!! All that energy spent to stop cars from driving right by your store instead of a little marketing to take advantage of the traffic. Guess I dont understand the "pawn" industry or your just stupidity. Probably the second one. Good luck.

  Mr. Rogers, Thank you for the five star review, it even made me laugh because I don't think we've ever received a 5-star review and also called stupid in the same review. You are correct in regards to marketing and that's why we are working on Signs and Banners to draw people to our business during the construction. However the effort put into blocking cars from cutting through our business is that of safety for people that come into our store. We have had numerous people almost hit by cars from people trying to beat the line at the stop sign and not paying attention when they come cutting across our property. The constant sounds of gravel bouncing off the building from speeding cars attempting to cut the line is outrageous. The road that connects to county line is also owned by us and we are trying to keep from closing it completely but people are making it difficult with there reckless driving. Unfortunately the indecency of some always ruin it for everyone. Thank you again for your review.

  LMAO!!! I knew Nickole was going to leave that review. I was there when this happened. She was a little snot toward the owner obviously used to getting her way at home. Borrowed 200+ dollars on her pawn and had it there for five or six months and expected to pick it up for the amount she borrowed ??? LMAO !!! I need a loan like that let me know when you find it. This place has always been great and always helpful A+ from me.

  I have had good experience here but i dont understand why sometimes its just arbitrarily closed. Way before there posted closing time. Ive shown up around noon and the place is closed. Not sure why ive had to stop by two days in a row to pick up an item. Glad i showed up before the posted date. Not good.
