  Lorena helped me getting my loan and my new house, it was a really nice experience even though it was a long process, she helped me to improve my credit and organize my finances in order to get qualified. She is very communicative and patience with me and my husband, we were not very good with technology and she sat with us to explain all our questions.   My husband and I were first time home buyers and working with Shane in the financial part of buying a house was an amazing experience. He would explain us everything and answer any questions we had. The communication part was also excellent and as well he make sure that we didn’t have to drive far to meet him and sign any papers. We really enjoyed working with Shane Calder and we hope to work with him in the future.

  Because of Celeste and the amazing team behind her we’re now in our first home! They worked so hard for us and kept us up to date on everything. They even went the extra mile in helping us figure out what debt we should pay for to help our credit!   If you like high stress and being on the phone for hours and hours doing the mortgage company’s job. Then these are you’re guys , I can’t express how incompetent this company is. Any place would be better then these guys. They don’t know how to request a payoff from a bank, and I had to request it myself after 20 days had passed and they were all scrambling and making excuses for processors and escrow closing agents at equity title in federal way. Which by the way are equally incompetent, had a notary come to my house without the 12 most important closing documents. She eventually printed them from her trunk because our closing agent at title simply forgot, which was the first time we saw the disclosure. And many other problems Terrible experience!

  This was the absolute worse home buying experience we could have. We were told in the beginning we could get a bigger home than we were originally going to get and a shop as well. We were told,”you’re good, go ahead, you can get the bigger home and still get your shop.” Well, we spent thousands of dollars on drawings and permits for our shop which come to find out once we were already committed and felt “stuck”. Oh, sorry, you actually can’t afford the shop. They told us for 6 weeks they would have docs sent to escrow. Lies, lies and more lies. Took forever to finally get them. We almost lost our property, made it by a day. The seller refused to sign another extension with us, almost lost everything we put into it all. Our cash to close amount changed over and over. Needless to say this buying experience could not have gone any worse. I’m still in shock that we were even able to sign. DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THESE PEOPLE!!! In the end, I had to contact the Regional District Manager just to get people moving and to communicate. If it wasn’t for that, signing never would have even happened.

  Horrifying experience with Celeste Olson. She hired a crooked appraiser that was working under a presumed name, who actually had his license revoked in 3 states (that I know of). They wanted me to pay for a 2nd appraisal, and a foundation inspection on a house that already had one. 3 months they dragged this out. Incompetent people, who won't own their mistakes and refuse to do things ethically.

The third-party appraisal management company is responsible for the vetting and the assignment of all appraisers and as the lender, we have no control in the hiring or selection of said appraisers, however, the appraisal management company has verified that the appraiser is licensed in the state in which the property is in.
